Clarissa Tallent, a young woman the age of 22 sat staring into the last embers of the fireplace located in the center of her small living space. Go down to the malt shop, grab a soda, and play that jukebox tune you love so much. Pulling a thin blue shawl around her shoulders she gave the knob a turn and walked out into the cool Spring air and began her walk into town. The thoughts rushing to Clare's mind were how rude this young man seemed, but also at the same time realizing that was his nature toward everyone in the shop.

The gentle breeze whistling through the trees, the gentle waves lapping over one another in smooth, lulled tones. Because when I was there in the moment, I actually did forget about the world pandemic for just a few mere seconds.

While lots of people have had complaints during isolation, and worldly news reports of all kinds filter through our social feeds, I have realized just how important it is to base how everything I say, how I act and respond should be totally founded on the truth of Jesus Christ. And what it's taught me throughout the past few months has been to pray a whole lot more, and find little blessings in the everyday. Thanking the Lord for the blessing of having another day to give Him my whole life and honor him with my words and actions. "Bless the Lord , all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the Lord , O my soul.

I am a 20 year old girl with a love for the Lord, my family, my friends, baking, writing, and modest fashion. The only thing that was standing in my way was not having the time to spend creating a blog. We are in the midst of a world wide pandemic which has allowed me time to connect in new and different ways with people. To share encouragement from God's Word, to share the joyful moments of life as well as the difficult and real moments.
