Unfortunately, Epcot is one of the Disney Parks that has the tiered Fastpass system which means that you can only schedule 1/3 of the top attractions on the My Disney Experience app ahead of time. The Epcot Fastpass tiers mean that you cannot schedule Epcot fast passes for Test Track and Soarin ahead of time (since they are both extremely popular). By the time you are done riding Soarin and Test Track, the World Showcase will also have opened (it always opens around 11:00 AM), but be sure to check the park hours.

As the Magic Kingdom’s newest table service restaurant, the Skipper Canteen (officially called the Jungle Cruise Co LTD Skipper Canteen, but who has time for that?) added some much-needed sit down dining opportunities. This Beauty and the Beast themed restaurant is located inside the Beast’s castle and the only way to visit is by making a reservation to eat there. At lunch, the menu is a la carte, but at dinner, there’s only one option: the all you can eat Patriot’s Platter. It’s located next to Country Bear Jamboree, a fun show that’s one of our favorite things to do at Disney World and is ideal for taking a break from the afternoon heat and crowds.

My meal at Tiffins changed my mind about fine dining at Disney and that is why I feel it is one of the best Animal Kingdom restaurants. The best food at Animal Kingdom is a hidden gem called the Nomad Lounge and it is located in the Discovery Island area right next to Tiffins.
