When you think you are too exhausted to continue, when you struggle because your physical and emotional condition is not at the highest level and still your brain works all the time, learn to rest… But this year, I have learnt that my body needs some more attention and that if I want to continue as a high achiever at different fields of interest and business, that I have to take a break. And when I say ‘take a break’, it certainly doesn’t mean to take a travel break, at least that was the situation during the 2018, when almost all my last trips didn’t finish well, because I was sick every time and didn’t enjoy myself. Neverthelless, the 2018 is coming to its end, and I feel I am a little bit wiser and I care about myself a little bit more.
