We had actually booked a trip to visit our friend in Thailand a few days after Christmas and we were SO pumped! This weekend Ryan and I were invited to Thai Arroy for their new Jazz night that they’re hosting every Saturday in December! We actually used to live right around the corner from Thai Arroy and got it as take out all the time My brother in law got Green Curry, I tried Mussa-Pad Thai, and Ryan got Duck with Basil Sauce! I got the Mussa-Pad Thai because he told me it was a creamier version of regular Pad Thai with coconut milk!

Here is what you’ll need to make it… – 1 rosemary sprig (about 4 inches long) – 2 tablespoon sugar – 1/2 cup PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur plus 6 ounces, divided 4 ounces Lunazul Tequila – 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice – 1 cup seltzer water – 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds – Rosemary for garnish And here is how to make it… Add the remaining 6 ounces PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur, tequila, lemon juice, and cooled rosemary PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur syrup to a pitcher.
