Happy Pancake Day! As an extra post, I wanted to re-share my recipe for pancakes today. Sweet or savoury, it's a great excuse to get cooking and trying out new flavours or if you're more like me, sticking to classics

It's always such a special moment when you get flowers delivered to you and they have the ability to transform a room into something beautiful. They are also a perfect gift to organise in advance as you can choose your delivery date and the flowers that you would like from the comfort of your home or desk

Perhaps it's because this month is a little shorter, but it seems to have absolutely flown by! The sun has been shining and I've been enjoying spending more time outside again. Next month I am looking forward to seeing more flowers and blossom on the trees and planning some trips for when the weather is warmer
