But RTM’s team has experience working on refrigeration design projects, ranging from food processing facilities and cold storage distribution to craft breweries and distilleries. TLC Meals on Wheels is moving to a new location in Littleton, taking occupancy of the former Las Delicias restaurant at the intersection of South Broadway and Arapahoe Road. TLC Meals on Wheels is completing a major renovation of the 6,800-square-foot facility, and RTM Engineering Consultants is offering mechanical engineering design services at a discounted rate to assist with the organization’s mission. TLC Meals on Wheels estimates that the total costs for the move and renovation will reach $2 million, including relocating or upgrading its commercial kitchen equipment, and building out areas for offices, meeting space, and meal preparation and packaging.

Previously, RTM has provided fire protection consulting services to clients, including device layout, performance specification, and general scope documents. The studio will offer clients the full scope of fire protection services, ranging from basic performance specifications to design build drawings to full installation, construction, and permitted drawings. The fire protection studio will give clients the opportunity to hire RTM to manage the entire fire protection project, from coordination and design through completed construction. Having such comprehensive services means that clients that work with us won’t need to hire an outside fire protection company to do their design or installation, RTM can manage it completely.
