The Consultant of the Quarter award is our way of publicly recognizing a current consultant who exemplifies our core values in their daily work. It is our pleasure to announce that our Q2 Consultant of the Quarter is Technical Security Engineer - Jonathan Conesa! The position he was hired for was originally slated to be an onsite position, however, due to Jonathan's communication, technical skills, and leadership, he has been able to grow out his team at our client entirely remote! Each quarter, we honor an Optomi consultant for sharing our core values with a $250 award donation to the charity of their choice.

Optomi is proud to award Ajay Dantuluri, our ETL Developer, Q3 Consultant of the Quarter! - Ajay has been a consultant with our client for over 2 years, leading their ETL team on one of the largest projects within the organization. DEDICATED - Ajay is dedicated to Optomi and has helped us screen ETL candidates from a technical perspective. Every Consultant of the Quarter recipient is awarded a $250 grant to the charity of their choice and Ajay has chosen Feed The Children.

She has faced each one head on, and she’s been able to find a number innovative solutions that allowed progress to continue within her project. Her ability to find innovative solutions to difficult issues while still working within customer defined guidelines has allowed Ms. Toney to keep things moving forward and on track while many others have run the risk of falling behind. She regularly strives to expand her skill set and knowledge base to be more successful as a Project Manager, and that passion shows daily in her work. - DEDICATED - While many would have sought out other opportunities due to the difficulties her project has faced, Feyella has taken a completely different approach and truly dedicated herself to her role and her contributions she makes to her team and the project overall.
