Labeling and defining the value of friendships will lead us to friend-win which ultimately leads us with crappy friends. Another quality of a good friend that we don’t talk about is, they won’t put up with your bad friends. If you are looking around and asking yourself what happened to your good friendships, it might be because of one friend who you are trying to friend-win. By being a good friend you will surround yourself with good people, value others, quit friend-winning, and appreciate the friends who show up.

My friends and I travelled to the west loop pop in at the Louis Vuitton Pop-Up. We had to take the picture at the bright red building and admire the men’s fashion line featured. We all ended up matching in our denim jackets. It reminded me of this Instagram feed I have been obsessing over.

My dad’s mom is still like that and will always talk about how much she eats and how she needs to watch her sugar intake. So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them. If you watch Jane Fonda’s documentary she shares about her mother’s suicide and her father’s girlfriend’s problems with anorexia. If you struggle with positive body image here are a few things that has helped me: * Do not surround yourself with friends who a) don’t eat b) may be bulimic c) makes comments about your appearance.

I have been following both of these ladies for a while now on social media and finally had an excuse to meet them. India writes a mom and fashion blog called Lipstick and Laundry.
