Here are a few tips that help me get a good stretch session in while I’m home. : Do it while watching TV Let’s be honest, we can all spend a good amount of time on our butts watching TV. I’ll often sit in front of the couch and stretching (or foam roll) while watching an episode of a show. A few of my friends like to stretch before bed so having the yoga mat rolled out or your foam roller in a place you’ll see it may help you do it.
