I've been thinking about sharing some things about my own experience with mental health for a while. I'm a big believer that the only way to decrease stigma is to be willing to talk about things, and I figured this month would be a good time. Mental health is just as important as any other kind of health. I know how frustrating these things can be when you're trying so hard to feel better and nothing seems to work.

I shared some prom picks previously, and today I want to share some of my favorite picks for Bridesmaid Dresses. For bridesmaids, I think it's always important to look for dresses in styles that are universally flattering. Second, I think it's important to find dresses that are available in a wide selection of colors. While I’m sure they looked gorgeous, this can cause some tension within the wedding party, and I think it’s best to try to avoid this.
