Let us introduce ourselves; we are Rachel and Nico, a British/Sardinian couple both in our late 20s. We have a passion for affordable travel and between us we have travelled to over 45 countries.

We met in Australia, whilst working on a grape-picking farm (so romantic, we know) and have explored the world together since then.

After almost 3 years of travelling, we arrived in the UK feeling a little lost and found our ‘average lives’ a bit strange. We realised we have stories and experiences that we want to tell and this is why we decided to start AverageLives.
