This was a renovation project found Grant Seymour, Caliber’s Sales Team Leader, and renovated by his client, Larry Will. They found this property in a great area in Snohomish, surrounded by a lush forest and a roomy yard. The property needed a bit of love, both inside and out, so they went to work upgrading the home with a fresh, modern look.
Michael Piccolo, was one of our agents who came to Caliber Real Estate because he was very drawn to the investment minded culture at Caliber and wanted to get involved in real estate investing for himself. It was discovered during the renovation that making too many changes to the downstairs kitchen would introduce the need for additional permits from the city and extend the timeline beyond the target completion date. Fortunately, the appliances were in magnificent shape and, with a case of beer and some elbow grease, were restored to a luster that matched the day they were originally installed.
