If you would’ve told me a year or so ago when Brian and Jessica came into my studio that I would consider them great clients, friends, and that their Congressional Country Club Wedding would be as stunning and bright as it was, I would’ve called you a liar. Luckily, all of that is now true

For Colin & Meredith’s Great Falls engagement session, we were able to skip playing in the river but take in all the scenic benefits this part of Virginia has to offer. They were relaxed the whole time despite us climbing a bit for certain angles and even letting me try a few things near the visitor center (which is seldom the main attraction at Great Falls). I’m based in Washington DC and love creating colorful photos for colorful people. I frequently travel for wedding, event, and non-profit portrait sessions and have photographed weddings and stories in 15 countries and over 20 states from coastal Maui to Iceland!

I’m obviously a fan of March weddings, considering I got married in March. There are some pretty fun portraits of these two, but so many moments of their loved ones celebrating a couple who I think is probably one of the coolest around (just look at the shoes! ) Spending all day (12 hours! ) in downtown DC with good light, good people, the Blagden Alley LOVE Mural and tear-filled moments from the ketubah signing to the speeches was the best way to spend Saturday.
