I was lucky enough to receive a Sunbeam Crock Pot 12-in-1 Multicooker recently, it was perfect timing really as we are smack bang in the middle of winter = slow cooker season! Unlike a regular old slow cooker, the Crock-Pot is multi-functional, meaning you can sauté, slow cook, steam and pressure cook all from the one pot. We all have those days where we have forgotten to set the slow cooker up in the morning amongst the rush of getting out the door, so this is where the pressure cooker is a life saver. Add all vegetables, 1 tablespoon of curry powder, 1 tablespoon of chicken stock powder, the soup sachets (made up with water as per instructions), 4 cups of water and set to Slow Cook for 4 hours.
So when Feeney’s Contacted me and asked me to create some recipes using their Irish Cream – What to Do (Thermomix) Pour into lined baking pan and smooth the top. What to Do (Stove Top) Place butter, condensed milk, golden syrup, glucose syrup and brown sugar in saucepan – melt on low heat – stirring continuously. Add in white chocolate & Feeneys Irish Cream, stirring on low heat until chocolate is melted.
Wake up to the demands of OUR children, and if I’m SUPER lucky, OUR eldest has half destroyed the house (I maintain) whilst OUR youngest Wrangle OUR children to the car, losing one, whilst trying to get the other x 10. • Make lunch for OUR child/children. Put OUR child down for rest time, sitting there for 368 minutes until child is asleep, commando crawling out of room, stealthily closing the door.
