Month 1 in Sudan photo dump 🇸🇩 It’s been a little over a month since I moved to Sudan and it’s been full of ups & downs 🥲 Someone told me nonsense follows them & Im convinced it be chasing me too 😂 But anywho here’s some updates: ✨ @cinnamonsays_ lives her best life here & goes to a makeshift daycare. Basically one of the gardeners watches the dogs all day while he works. I’ll try to do some CinnyCams of her when she leaves but I’m usually gon before she goes 🐶 ✨ I got Covid when I arrived & had to quarantine for 10 days. It was rough but I made it 😷 ✨ My kitchen flooded in like the first week & ya girl was stressed. This the nonsense I be telling y’all about. It’s fixed now so it’s all good. ✨ I’ve made some really dope friends while being here. Had a lil kickback at my house that turned into a bigger kickback & almost had to fight these 2 girls 😭 The stories up on tik tok 👀 ✨ Shoutout to TikTok for putting me on to my new nail tech, now I just need to get my hair done 🥲 someone send some Braiders in sudan 🗣 ✨ Last but not least, my favorite person, my boo boo, my fiancé @cruzfromdeep finally made it to Sudan. Now I have someone to catch all the lizards 😂 It’s been an eventful month. I’m moving to Sudan! 🇸🇩 You’re probably reading this like “sis WHAT?! Why are you going there?” Many of my followers know me in real life, quite a few of you have met and built relationships with me through social media, and the rest may be new here. Whichever category you fall into, I guess this is the perfect time to tell you a bit about myself and why I’m moving to Sudan ☺️ ✨I’m a US Diplomat during the day and a content creator at night. Basically I move around the world every 2-3 years and represent the US and our interests abroad via diplomatic means. (Thats also how/why I lived in Brazil 🥰) ✨ I love to travel and having a job that moves me around the world allows me to visit some unique places. You’ll always see me rushing to hop on a plane and encouraging y’all to go too! ✈️ ✨ In reality I’m a lazy natural and even lazier to record my wash days but I do it because I love to show my journey and what consistency and patience can really do. ✨ I love to shop and love showing y’all the new things I buy ranging from clothes, skincare, hair, fragrances. Bae says I spend $$ like a drug dealer 😂 but I’m resourceful and love to find a good deal so I’ll always try to find y’all a lil coupon 😭 ✨ I have an amazing fiancé @cruzfromdeep and an extremely cute pup 🐶 named Cinnamon. Life really has a funny way of throwing curve balls. If you’ve been keeping up with my stories, you’d know I was originally scheduled to move to Sudan this Friday. Earlier this week the governmental situation took a turn for the worse and the military took over the government (also known as a military coup). I’ve been reposting quite a bit of info so don’t be sad if you’ve missed it. I’ve honestly been struggling to find that silver lining because I was ready to move. All my belongings were prepped and ready to go. Cinnamons plane ticket was already booked. I was almost packed (if you know me I wait till last minute 😭). Long story short, we were ready to start our next chapter. All of this is on hold for now. Which means you all get a bit more time with me in the states until things cool down in Sudan. PS I’m moving back to DC next week 😬 So I’ll be taking a bit of time to regroup, refocus & of course get back to creating content! Brands, if you’re reading this my email is in my bio.
