4.- Make sure your avatar and cover is the same for all social media platforms.- Everything, from my online avatar to my business card, always has the same photo. I still use a logo for Viva Fifty, but my own photo on my personal social media handle @lorrainecladish does much better. When I meet someone at a social media conference who’s been following me online they may not associate my name with my face, but they certainly make the connection with my business card photo when I hand over my card. That came later and, by then, I already had plenty of content up on the page and across all social media channels that I could pay for the creation of the logo with money earned from the website!
A serendipitous week-long retreat almost four years ago, had me doing yoga at dawn every day. I posted photos of my journey online and several women let me know they’d signed up to yoga teacher training as a result of seeing me enjoy yoga so much. It’s not an exhaustive list, but they’re the ones I use the most Google calendar and G suite It also enables me to easily share my calendar with Johanna and even my kids, in case there is something I’m doing they need to be aware of. Any online calendar works, really, but I like Google calendar because it easily syncs with so many other apps and services. Although there is a free version, I use a paid service so I can manage multiple accounts and share them with my social media team.
