Quality Engineering & Surveying, LLC (QES) is excited to announce the addition of Mrs. Jennifer Mathes, a licensed Professional Engineer to our growing staff. Mrs. Mathes graduated from Louisiana State University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. She was previously employed by Stephen’s Engineering Consultants, Incorporated located in both Baton Rouge, LA and Houston, TX and before that Chicago Bridge & Iron Company located in Baton Rouge, LA. Mrs. Mathes is coming to us with a multitude of different experiences specifically in structural engineering. She has worked on various engineering projects from inspection of residential and commercial buildings, preparing reports for flood, wind and wind driven rain, design and analysis of steepl process structures, pipe bridge, and masonry cover structures, concrete pavement and foundations.

Quality Engineering & Surveying, LLC (QES) is excited to announce the addition of Mr. Gary M. O’Neal Jr., CFM, to our growing staff. He has joined the Project and Grant Management team to provide technical assistance to applicants on the full spectrum of FEMA HMA programs. Mr. O’Neal previously worked as the State Applicant Liaison 2 for GOHSEP from June 2016 to August 2018 where he was the primary liaison for GOHSEP’s Region 4 and 5 in South Louisiana. As the Sate Applicant Liaison for the Region(s) he was responsible for application development for both Hazard Mitigation Grant Programs (HMGP) and Non-Disaster Programs offered through FEMA as well as Amendments for existing and/or previously approved projects.
