Adobo Seasoned Potatoes

One of the spices in the box was Adobo—a spice that I’m not too familiar with. at the time. Adobo is a spice blend that usually has a spice blend of  garlic, onion, black pepper, Mexican oregano, cumin and cayenne red pepper. I really like Penzeys Adobo spice blend. Add in the cooked potatoes and adobo seasoning; stir, making to sure to coat all of the potatoes with the adobo.
