The particular topic that evening was self care, and, let's just say that self care is my middle name LOL! The last few weeks I have really taken this time to amp up the beauty rituals in my self care routine, specifically for my hands and nails. I haven't completely stopped writing, as I don't think that will ever be possible, but sometimes posting on my own blog makes me feel like I am not living up to my own expectations.
