This is a long time coming because I went on a brief con review hiatus due to harassment after my Long Beach Comic Expo post. You will get crowds coming to this convention from California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, and other surrounding areas as it is a good transitioning con from the Spring to Summer con season. I am teaming up with Earnest , which is a S.F. based tech-enabled student loan refinancing company , to reminisce about my college days in the form of a letter to my past self. It was almost 10 years ago since I was a freshman at UC Riverside, and now, in just 10 days, I will be participating in the hooding ceremony for my master's degree from Cal State Fullerton. Did you know that you took over two and a half years of Japanese classes as an undergraduate and grad student and picked it up pretty well? Also, can you believe that you have gone to FanimeCon over 12 years in a row, and that you would be volunteering for Comic-Con International going on 5 years now?

The smell doesn't bother me at all like it does various people, but I think that's a product of growing up in the Central Valley. Also, last Wednesday, I went and got my hair colored at Tashi's Hair Salon in Diamond Bar, not too far from Brea Canyon. I got a dark reddish color to fix the bad hair color job that JCPenney in Brea had done. My next blog with be a product review rather than a place review for various natural hair products.
