I will warn you, there is a lot of black happening in these outfits so feel free to swap the black jeans for blue ones or the black tank for a white one. I wanted to make an easy day to night outfit to show you how simple it is to create different looks with essentially the same items. There’s no reason for you to go out a buy a totally new look when you can creatively use the items you have in new ways. Addition Elle (not sold anymore, but here’s something similar) / Pants: Addition Elle / Backpack: Tobi
It’s $38 which is a little more expensive than I would pay for a mascara, and what if it’s nothing special? you can’t assume that a more expensive mascara will give you the results you want, sometimes drugstore mascaras are just as good, but there are times when paying $30 for a mascara is totally worth it. I feel like I could achieve the lash look I want with a cheaper mascara (aka the Smashbox mascara), 2.) Despite not wanting to re-purchase the mascara, I would still recommend the mascara to someone who is in the market for a high end mascara and isn’t used to dramatic lashes.
There’s no reason for the hesitation, it’s not like I’m about to confess to a crime or something. I know, it’s paradoxical post because I’m writing about having writer’s block. And I’m not going to lie, I actually really enjoy just writing what’s on my mind and not caring about anything like grammar If you’ve come here because you too have writer’s block then try writing without any expectations or any thought.
Long story short to why you haven’t been seeing me pop up in your inbox with a new post is because I wasn’t motivated to write one. I thought I should finally post my Spring makeup look. For the eyes, I used my bronzer (the Too Faced one) in the crease and my highlighter (a highlighter by Tarte that you can’t get anymore) in the middle of my lid. For my face, I used the Smashbox primer, CC cream, Too Faced bronzer, highlighter, concealer, and powder to set the whole look.
