I want to keep my skin moisturized and healthy underneath my makeup, so I always apply moisturizer right after washing my face. I like to apply BB cream with my fingers because I feel like a brush soaks up too much product, but I then blend with a beauty blender to make sure everything is even and natural looking. I'll use a cream bronzer if I want a more defined look or if I feel like my face looks extra puffy. It looks natural, doesn't feel to heavy, and it doesn't look messy if your face gets a little extra dewy from the heat.
Between trying to cram in everything you need to get done and just not being able to relax in general, getting enough sleep is hard. Yeah, I know, sometimes we'd rather sacrifice sleep over other things we want/need to do, but we need sleep! I use a yellow booklight (it's the blue lights that keep you awake) and I'll just read until I feel like I can't stay awake any longer. You set a timeframe for when you need to wake up in the morning, and then the app tracks your sleeping to make sure you're woken up at the best time during your sleep cycle.
