You probably already know that diet and exercise play a major role in losing weight, but did you know that there are other factors as well? In addition, if you are tired, you probably aren’t going to exercise, and you aren’t likely to take the time to make a healthy dinner either and might just go for some fast food. When you can’t control your appetite, it makes it very hard for you to stick to losing weight. Most people think that in order to lose weight, they need to focus on eating few calories and increase their exercise.
I have been working on strengthening my core and the therapist has been using a few exercises that involve an exercise ball. An exercise ball is great for improving your core muscles, flexibility, posture, and balance. They sent me an exercise ball so that I could continue to do my exercises to improve my core muscles. Sitting on the exercise ball will make you work your core muscles too.
Do make sure that you see your doctor or health care provider before starting a new fitness routine or weight loss plan. In our last community, we didn’t have sidewalks so if I wanted to go walking, I would either have to go to gym with my husband after he got home from work, go to the closest walking trail, or brave walking on the street. However, when a person is constantly stressed out the body is sending the same signals that are sent during a fight or flight situation; however, they constantly being fired in short bursts. If your body is constantly responding to the following stressful situations: • routine stress that comes with the pressures of having a job, family, and other responsibilities • negative situations such as divorce, job loss, death, or an illness • Don’t try to be right 100% of the time and remember that other people might not feel the same way you do. Instead, try to plan ahead so that you have plenty of time to complete the tasks on your list.
