Before you start to get upset or stressed about skills you may not have perfect or the score being lower than you are used to, just relax.
Gymnastics is a sport you love, so take it all in one day at a time, remembering to always work hard, eat balanced, sleep well, and have fun.
Try to relax, have a little more fun not only in practice but also in your free time away from the gym.
