About Me - Eugene Business growth entails challenging the current paradigms often embedded deep into the composition of business networks and practices. New business concepts begin with the opportunity to shake up stale, dormant patterns in an effort to change and improve the shape of reality, to renovate the structures and processes that define business systems. These small business concepts come in different sizes, styles and shapes; some are designed for private gain while others are sculpted for community benefit. Yet certain business structures remain engaged in building bridges that connect the private and public sectors, along new and different platforms via new and different families of hybrid entities. By working with and supporting the people and entities that to develop beyond their comfort zone then the small and impressive concepts begin to seed innovation. Progress comes from true trial, error, and evaluative consideration of entrenched business conditions. Strategies and new ideas need expert care to spawn the most value-added objectives. We have to nurture the soil, rebuild the tools, and offer the compassion these situations need to equip and help prepare the next generation of business models for the ‘Pioneers’ Yield’.
