I’ve wanted to return to the blog for a few weeks now, however the thought of what to discuss on this first post has been a little beyond me; as silly as that sounds. A classy return ain’t so bad, right? How about we play catch up in the comment section; I really would love to know what you have been up to. Can’t wait to share some looks with you all.

Although it’s rather unfortunate the lads won’t be bringing football home (I had to revise this post to share my disappointment, haha 🙁 ). Such ideas of the ideal guest, most appropriate seasonal colours, abstinence from colours that might not appear celebratory or seem ambiguous; all these, I choose to remain aloof of. Over the weekend, a friend made a passing comment on how she loves me in black, and understands why it is my favourite colour. Selecting the right structured garment, right textures for the occasion, flattering accessories and maybe a complimentary pop of colour to achieve balance, you are well on your way.

Hey lovelies, hope you all are well and having a great start to this week and month! As exciting as this sound, coupled with swift progressions comes the question of whether one is fulfilling purpose – goals that were set at the start of this year, or even redirection at the beginning of a new month. Identifying similar goals executed differently, we question the validity of ours; thus feeling the need to employ alternate measures. As bloggers for example, there’s a constant need to change strategies to suit algorithms and drive traffic to one’s page, which at times can be frustrating.
