Some of the pages are themed, where you can list things that are ‘wonderful’, like things you have seen, experienced, tasted, heard and smelled. My sister and I bought brand new journals and we are trying out this 30 day SMASH book challenge to get started. My idea was that for day 2 you write down your goals for the month, or for the duration of the 30 day challenge. On Day 30, you can either re-cap your goals, or right down goals for the following month, or even for the rest of the year.
I think this is a pretty cool looking fitness tracker! It is super simple so you can’t really tell it IS a fitness tracker. I have heard great things about this fitness tracker, and what do you expect from Garmin? You can get them pretty cheap right now, just $70 or $80 if you want the version with a heart rate monitor.
You may find that you have confidence in many other areas of your life – your business, talents, and so forth – but lack the confidence to have successful personal relationships. You’d be surprised at how many people who seem naturally born confident actually took time and effort to learn the art of self-confidence in their relationships. If there weren’t a growing number of people in need of self-confidence, there wouldn’t be a growing field of confidence coaches and life coaches to help! If you feel insecure when you think of your interpersonal relationships (or when you think of starting one), it might help to remember that you have something of value to contribute to that relationship.
I thought I would dig a little deeper and create a huge list of Health and Fitness Challenges! Let me start by saying that I don’t believe these challenges are going to get you ripped in just a month, and neither should you. But taking small steps toward healthier lifestyles and better fitness plans can definitely start with a consistent habit, even if it is just 10 push ups a day! Most of them are 30 days long, but a few are 21 days and a couple are 7 days.
