You might have seen on Instagram that Cathal Bear and I got engaged during our Christmas trip back home. Even up to this moment, I swear I still have ZERO idea what’s coming until I feel a little box in my hands at which point I think my heart dropped out of my body and I started thinking no way is this happening! The rest of the day is a little blur, we went back to Cathal’s home house where all of his family met us with a bottle of champagne One thing I’m so thankful for is the fact that we got engaged at home and were able to celebrate the day with our families, it really made the day even more perfect!

Guys, I cannot believe festive party season is upon us! I’m literally still in November mode in my head but somehow it’s my last couple of days in New York before heading home for the Christmas break! There’s so many things that I’m looking forward to when I get there, but one of the main things is heading out with all of my friends in Galway. I feel like nights out over Christmas are one of the only occasions I have to get truly glammed up because people are pretty casual when they go out here in New York
