Tips for a relaxed morning routine to be more productive during the day

My favorite morning meditations before yoga from the VGZ Mindfulness app are the short bodyscans, the visualisation meditation or just a short guided meditation. For me these are the perfect kind of meditations to get more present in the moment, to be aware of what’s going on the inside and to get in tune with my breathing. It’s a super healthy plantbased breakfast with lots of vitamins and it’s super easy to make. Check the recipe here <<< I always drink green tea with my breakfast too which is definitely more energizing than coffee!

Daily supplements for healthy skin & hair

Every morning I take my vitamin C Booster to support the immune system and the production of collagen for the skin, cartilage and bones, I take vitamin B8 (Biotin), Biotin is often called “the beauty nutrient” because of the nourishment it delivers to skin, hair and scalp. It contains a high concentration of powerful antioxidant organic curcuminoids along with organic pepper, which enhances the absorption of Turmeric in the body and maximizes the health benefits of Turmeric in the system. TURNING DREAMS INTO GOALS

I think it’s so good to have a certain vision of what you really want in life and then working towards it. I’ve discovered that yoga, surfing, the beach and connecting with other people is something that really makes me happy and now I’m working to create a life where I can do all that. It’s all possible you know, you just have to find out what it is you really want in life, set goals and work towards it. Maybe it’s asking for help, maybe it’s a new study.
