Implant ingredients are not shared with the consumer and you will never be told what’s actually in your implants. What’s worse is that traces of these chemicals have been found to have leached into the body, even in women whos implants have not ruptured (think about that one :-S) 3. Now I am not in any way indicating that getting implants will make a person more likely to commit suicide but it does potentially indicate that implants did not solve any problems in someone who was predisposed to mental health issues. , YOU ARE MORE THAN JUST YOUR BODY (OR YOUR BOOBS) AND YOU ARE MORE THAN ENOUGH
So.. As we dig a little deeper, we find out they haven’t been eating the right amount of meals, have been going out for dinner 2-3 times a week, missing training sessions, they get hungry and eat more carbs than they were meant to, then they cut meals the next day, add cardio in, then damage control and the list goes on… During my shoot prep i did it all; thinking I needed to add in more cardio in the morning, thinking my food should be higher so I would add more carbs in, have a cheat meal when I wasn’t meant to and at times I would ask my coach for more to do because would you believe- So, before you ask if you can take this super amazing stimulant fat burner to speed up results or do an extra 2 hours of cardio in the morning, check yourself.. If the answer is yes, chances are you are getting results and don’t ask this question.
There is no such thing as a ‘way to go’ If there is one thing that I’ve learnt over and over again personally and with clients, it is that when it comes to training and nutrition there is no one ‘Way to go”when it comes to anything. Even identical twins who start off with similar genetics end up being insanely different due to their epigenetic influences (That is, how their environment shapes the way their individual genes express themselves). Taking supplements, party drugs, eating processed foods, healthy foods and everything we do cause billions of reactions causing our body, cells and DNA to adapt to this stimulus and change. Getting a coach who doesn’t have a strict ‘Way of doing things’ coming straight out of a text book or bullshit online system that spits out the same shitty generic food/training plan for every client is a very good start.
Ketosis is an ADAPTIVE state the body gets into through nutrition, where the liver creates ketones as a by product caused by the process of converting fat to energy. Ketosis is a useful back up when we don’t have glucose/carbs around but generally, this isn’t your bodies preferred means of getting fuel. Based on my own experience and experience with clients, I can’t understand why someone would prefer to not eat carbs and go for the high fat diet options when you can get just as good or better fat loss results with carbs being present in your food plan. As my carb fiend fiancé, Jaz said “People who don’t like carbs are basically the same as people who don’t like dogs.
