I am 22 years and a tennis player at the University of Illinois. I am a journalism major minoring in public relations. I suffer from two auto immune disease, Celiac disease and Eosinophilic Esophagitis. As a result, I have lived on a strict diet and a gluten free lifestyle is a necessity and large piece of my life.
