As the Vice President of Service Delivery, Chris oversees ProSphere’s project portfolio, focusing on service delivery excellence and customer satisfaction. He brings more than 25 years of military and industry experience with a focus on leadership and growth involving IT modernization and digital transformation; cyber operations; intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance programs; and engineering and integration projects. Prior to joining ProSphere, Chris held a series of senior-level leadership roles at LinQuest Corporation, SAIC, and Scitor Corporation. Chris came to private industry following a 9-year military career in the U. S. Army as an Infantry and Special Forces Officer.
As Director for Civilian and Health Solutions, Ewan is responsible for service delivery management, customer and partner relationships, and the overall success of contracts within ProSphere’s Civilian and Health IT business units. With more than 20 years of experience, he has served in senior leadership and program management positions at companies such as ASM Research, SAIC, and Tetra Tech. Ewan holds a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Excelsior College. In addition, he is a Project Management Professional (PMP), ISACA Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), and an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
Mike served in the Army National Guard for over forty years, retiring in 2011 at the rank of Major General. During his career, Mike worked extensively with elements of the National Guard, the Department of Homeland Security, the National Governor’s Association, and the Council of Governors. Mike served as the Adjutant General for Alabama during the Siegelman Administration and he also served as the Assistant to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff for National Guard Matters. He earned a Master of Business Administration from Florida Institute of Technology University and a Master of Science in Logistics Management from the Florida Institute of Technology.
As the Chairman and Chairman of the Board, Joel Rhoades sets and implements the company's direction and strategy, and provides leadership to ProSphere’s executives. After returning to the US, Joel continued his active service in the DC area and in November 2000, he retired from active military service with the rank of Colonel. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Oklahoma. He is also a graduate of the Defense Department Program Management School at Fort Belvoir, and the Advanced Management and Chief Information Officer programs at the Information Resources Management College at the National Defense University.
