Welcome to the latest on Baby Products, Motherhood, DIY, Weddings and Esthetics. I'm a jack of all trades, master of none but that's just who I am!
For example, if we were to normally spend $500 a month on groceries, but instead I was able to only spend $200 on groceries for that month, I would have earned us $300! I personally recommend setting an extremely tight budget the first month, to see what is possible and what is not, and then adjust every month after, like if you run out of food budget after 2 weeks, obviously you’ll definitely need to adjust your food budget. If you need a place to start you can look at our google sheets and explanation below to get an idea of what our budget and categories look like. $200-$300 Food– Grocery store bought food only (eating out goes in entertainment) $20 Gifts – Gifts for friends or family, giving is so important!
Traditional diet and exercise will get you to a healthy weight, but sometimes even the fittest among us need a little help getting across the finish line. That’s where CoolSculpting with Idaho Falls plastic surgeon Dr. Mark Freeman can help. It’s not a weight loss solution, just a nice addition to a healthy lifestyle to help you look and feel your best. According to board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Mark Freeman, good candidates are in overall good health and close to their goal weight.
Throughout my K-12 years I tried every sport, not really sticking to any of them, nothing ever seemed to click... and because of that I struggled with my weight and confidence. During college, I got a gym membership and actually ventured into a yoga class. Yoga allowed me to go at my own pace and helped me realize that I am actually a competitive person, competitive with myself! I often look back and wish my school offered an after school yoga program.
It’s so important for me to be comfortable in clothing, whether it’s making sure my straps are not showing, my v-neck isn’t too low and a handful of other things. It’s not your normal double stick store-bought tape… It’s like I’ve gotten a whole new wardrobe because I can fix/tape those particularly problematic articles of clothing You know those ones I’m talking about – dresses that have too low of a v-neck, shirts that show straps, rolled sleeves that won’t stay rolled up, pants that are too long, blouses that open up between the buttons, etc. etc.
