New TV Spot and Poster debut for Pixar's Toy Story 4

In the movie, Woody tries to help Forky, a craft-project that Bonnie made and turned into a toy, and ends up on an adventure that reunites him with an old friend and might just change everything. In the TV spot we find old friends and new faces starting with the porcelain faced Bo Peep: The animation quality once again appears to be elevated by Pixar and the new characters introduced so far have our attention. So, when Bonnie’s beloved new craft-project-turned-toy, Forky (voice of Tony Hale), declares himself as “trash” and not a toy, Woody takes it upon himself to show Forky why he should embrace being a toy. But when Bonnie takes the whole gang on her family’s road trip excursion, Woody ends up on an unexpected detour that includes a reunion with his long-lost friend Bo Peep (voice of Annie Potts).

Disney's Hollywood Studios to celebrate its 30th anniversary with in park events

The park will celebrate its actual 30th anniversary on May 1, 2019 as it evolves into a destination with thrills and adventures you can explore. * Of course there will be exclusive 30th anniversary merchandise including a new adult T-shirt, baseball cap, Tervis 24-oz tumbler, MagicBand, ornament and much more. * Foodies will find a slew of special anniversary food & beverage items available throughout the park, including Kylo Ren Cupcakes, Incredibles Macarons, Tres Leches Verrine and many more. Although it requires separate admission, you will experience very light crowds meaning little to no wait for your park favorites, including The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith, Toy Story Land attractions and more.

Disneyland remakes its Halloween Party into Oogie Boogie Bash

Time to start planning your costumes for the Oogie Boogie Bash, the new Halloween Party coming to Disney California Adventure at Halloween Time. * New and wonderfully wicked, fully immersive treat trails throughout Disney California Adventure, where guests may enjoy trick-or-treating under the watchful eyes of iconic characters such as Mad Hatter from Tim Burton’s “Alice in Wonderland,” or even Oogie Boogie himself. This new, interactive stage production invites guests of all ages to join Mickey Mouse and his pals as they throw a one-of-a-kind Halloween party that include dancing, not-so-frightening scary-tales, and candy. Mark your calendars with these important dates: * April 23: Tickets on sale to Disneyland Resort Annual Passholders, Disney Vacation Club members and Disney Visa card holders While the Oogie Boogie Bash doesn’t start until 6pm at night, guests can enter the park up to 3 hours early to begin their fun (with the exception of Sunday nights and Oct 29 and 31 where you can enter four hours early).

More details revealed on the Disney Skyliner Gondola Network

Longtime readers of The Disney Blog know I’ve been advocating for Walt Disney World to adopt the aerial tram, aka gondola, as a method of transportation between its parks and resorts since 2013. Walt Disney World has recently released some new details about the Disney Skyliner gondolas along with our first good look inside the guest cabins with their wooden benches and ventilation. In the video below, you get a sneak peak courtesy Walt Disney World Resort Senior Vice President Thomas Mazloum and Walt Disney Imagineering Principal Architect Dean Huspen. Despite the vast majority of comments I’ve seen about the Disney Skyliner gondolas becoming ovens in the Florida sun and humidity, I’m not overly concerned.
