I don’t want to go too much into my personal life and make this blog post a bit of a Debbie Downer, but the last few months for me have been super difficult.
My mental health has been pushed to the limits, there has been a few hospital admissions as well as some major life changes.
Sometimes in life, it is so important to take a break to look after your emotional and physical health.
I think it is so important to understand that no matter how much you so desperately want to carry on pursuing something, you still need to not burn yourself out.
