I post blogs about how, as a Christian, I live my life day-to-day. My goal is to let non-believers and new believers see how Christians face the same challenges as they do and how we use God & the word to handle them. I also talk about fashion, fitness, beauty… all the other things I love.
I use the Fenty Beauty Filt’r Instant Retouch Concealer in #385 under my eyes, on those luxury bags, the bridge of my nose, the space between my eyebrows right under my forehead, my cupid’s bow, the tip of my nose, and on my chin. Then I go in with my Fenty Beauty Filt’r Instant Retouch Setting powder in Honey and apply to the areas where I did not use any concealer and my Laura Mercier Translucent powders. Now, this step I sometimes use the Natasha Denona Sculpting Contour Powder or my Fenty Beauty Sun Stalk’r Instant Warmth Bronzer in Caramel Cutie, apply with my contour brush, and with a light hand, sweep the hollows of my cheeks, the sides of the bridge of my nose and along the sides of my forehead and temple (along my edges). Apply Fenty Beauty Magic Stix Glow Skinstick Highlighter in Purrrl to the cheekbones, bridge of your nose, cupid’s bow, chin, and forehead with a highlight brush.
God is concerned about your inner beauty, whether your heart is right or not. God is not concerned about your fancy clothes, luxury bags, and shoes, how lit you are to the world, how much schmoney you have in the bag nor how beat your face is. So, let’s not focus on the beauty products, however, focus more on our spiritual beauty. Remember, God is more concerned with what is in your heart and spirit; the inner beat.
If this pandemic has taught me nothing else, it has taught me to make Lemon Meringue pie out of lemons; to make the best of my situations, no matter how bad. When everyone else was saying they were bored and hated not being able to go out, I started a Christian Exercise Fitness and Health routine. I created meal plans, ordered meal prep containers, to-go cups for my tea & juice, and bought my groceries. Yes, my God IS a miracle-working God, however, His word clearly says “Faith without works is dead.
