How To Take Care Of A Dog

I know so many of you have dogs or want a dog, so I wanted to share my own personal experience with Charlie, i.e. things I’ve learned, food/treats he loves, and more. In terms of annual costs for things like vet visits, food, treats, toys and medicine – I don’t know the *exact* costs I have paid to date, but off the top of my head, I’d estimate it’s been about; $100/year for food, $250/year for treats, toys, water bowls, leash, collar, car seat, bed, and travel carrier, $500 for the *first year of vaccinations/exams* Charlie likes to graze and doesn’t scarf his food down in one sitting unless it’s chicken. Charlie doesn’t like it at all, but I try to just quickly give his teeth a brush down so he doesn’t get too much plaque build up.

With Love From Kat

I bought this pink coat at Max Mara years ago in Milan, but haven’t worn it enough because I’ve been stumped on how to style it. so I paired this coat with a plain white T and white jeans. I’m really into this retro lunchbox style bag for something different to pair with floral sundresses and jeans + a tank. I am loving this bubblegum pink silky trench, this light pink short coat, this blush trench, and this structured number.

A White Lace Trench Coat & A Spring Outfit

I’ve been wanting a white lace trench coat forever, and when I saw this one online for only $200 my jaw dropped to the floor! I paired the trench coat with jeans here, but you could easily wear it with a white tank dress underneath, or even a black silk slipdress with strappy heels. I have wide feet and usually ballet style shoes DO NOT work for me at all, but the little heel and wider fit makes them ideal for day or night. These heeled flats and these ballet flats are a beautiful alternative!

How To Find A Therapist

I’ve used two different methods to find a therapist; I’ve gone through my insurance company’s website, and I’ve done an independent search on ZocDoc. If it’s your first time going to therapy, it’s probably a good idea to book consultations with 2-3 different people, and then see which one you like best. If you don’t want to go through the insurance route, or you already know your insurance doesn’t cover therapy costs, then I like to use ZocDoc. Therapy costs vary widely by city, insurance plan, and doctor, which is why you need to call both your insurance company and the doctor you’re interested in to find out.
