We stayed in Punta Cana, a beach town near the northeast coast of the Dominican Republic. With preferred club privileges, we had unlimited room service with an upgraded menu, two private pools for preferred members only and an inclusive room with views of the Uvero Alto beach. Even on one of his days off, he booked a private cabana for us on the beach and he made sure we were taken care of by the other staff members. One of the entertainment staff members took us to a beautiful cathedral in Higuey Punta Cana, a town outside the resort.
