For me its done just that, I’ve started my competing working with a coach that introduced a life of flexible dieting and learning the ins and outs of macronutrients that gave me freedom and built my relationship to food, training and just overall wellbeing on a more positive path
Which brings me back to the Fitness influencer controversy in making sure you know who you’re putting in charge of your health and making sure it works for you , your lifestyle and more importantly your health!
For me, a huge part of partnering with a coach is making sure y’all click since they’re like a mini therapist and confidant rolled into one .
however, it’s really not necessary as the MOST important part of choosing a coach is if they are truly putting your health as a priority.
