Six Ways To Get Kids To Eat Healthy Food

If you don’t want your kids to eat their meals, give them snacks all day. If we’re having meatloaf, they’re having meatloaf. If we’re having salmon, they’re having salmon. If possible, start your kids out on veggies, protein and healthy fats like olive oil, butter and avocado.

Brussels are a cruciferous veggie, which have numerous health benefits including: they secrete excess hormones, particularly estrogen, from the body * cruciferous veggies are beneficial for gut health and also loaded with vitamins and minerals * cooked and cooled potatoes are beneficial for gut bacteria, they are a resistant starch, meaning they feed the good bacteria in the gut * use whatever spices you like * feel free to use sweet or purple potatoes * Use a high quality avocado oil like this one, as most on the market are rancid (see my article on that here)
