I AM STRONG! ~ Does anyone else do affirmations with their children? ~ Ever since I can remember, right before we put the kids to bed.. we recite some affirmations! Lucas says: I Am Kind, I Am Smart, I Am Loved, I Am Strong, I Can Do Anything, Because I Am a Superstar!! 🌸 October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 🌸 ~ Did you know that About 1 in 8 U.S. women will develop invasive breast cancer over the course of their lifetime? ~ This is such an important topic to me and near and dear to my heart because both my Mom and my Aunt are breast cancer survivors! I also know people who were not so lucky. 💔 So today I am asking you to take the time and educate yourself and do self examinations as often as you can. When is the last time you did a self examination? When is the last time you had your doctor check you out? Have you had a mammogram? These are things you should be asking yourself and taking action!! ~ Women whose breast cancer is detected at an early stage have a 93 percent or higher survival rate in the first five years!! ~ Finding cancer early may also save your life. 🌸🙏🏻🌸

Weekend Vibes! ~ You’ve probably noticed I kind of disappear a little on the weekends... that’s because I’ve decided that my family comes first. This space can take up so much of my time and when I look at my screen time, sometimes I just can’t believe it. That number is time I can’t get back... time I missed watching my kids play in the leaves, smiling and laughing. Time when Lucas asks me for something and I say “just a minute” or “One sec Lucas” Only to have him ask me for the same thing 3 times before I realize I still haven’t gotten it for him. ~ Well weekends I stop... I put the phone down and we go on adventures! We live in the moment and enjoy one another! ~ So have a wonderful weekend everyone... 🙏🏻

You give endless kisses to everyone around.
