About 1 in 7 people (or more) may not be getting enough of this mineral that apparently does more in our body than any other substance known to man. Maybe a bit sensational, but certainly there is good reason to go ahead and eat more foods containing magnesium. Over the next few days it only gets worse, and by the time you’re finally feeling good enough to train again, you find that you’ve lost the motivation. Choosing things that are more tolerable or enjoyable will increase your odds of doing it, and in MANY cases people may start with one activity and if they stick to it, and they start making progress, this positive feedback can be the momentum that drives changes elsewhere or later.
