And a glimpse at what Eloise will look like in 10 years.} {Daphne made herself super comfortable on Aaron’s lap for movie night. {Heading out to the newer part of town to see all of the construction.} {Daphne loves riding on Aaron’s shoulders (she calls it up up) and Aaron loves carrying her on his shoulders.} {We returned home to the end of our April birthday party circuit to celebrate Austin turning two! } {And Daphne just loved all of the cars and trucks. It truly was such a great trip with Aaron and the girls where we really felt like we had quality family time together.
{Eloise and I headed to a school friend’s birthday party at Playdate Seattle on Saturday morning. I’ll take my 250th class next weekend since we’ll be out of town this week.} We had a fun weekend that was full of seeing friends and managing to fit in at least five scooter rides in-between the rain storms. There isn’t a single day we won’t remember her love and devotion.
{The girls and I finally got to Gas Works Park to see the new-ish playground. {I headed out to barre this afternoon, and Aaron and Eloise started planting the raised beds.} We spent lots of time in the yard on Saturday morning (I finally finished weeding all of the flower beds! ) We have a fun week to look forward to with music class starting (for Daphne and me), a friend’s birthday party, and dinner with friends.
{We had a much-needed lazy Friday morning where Eloise and I hung out in our jammies mostly, but Daphne wanted to be just in her diaper. {Playing at the playground getting all of those wiggles out.} {Daphne’s official first hair cut picture. We enjoyed the slightly cooler, but still sunny-ish weather by spending so much time in the yard (both days) doing some clean-up in the flower beds. We watched Monsters University (which I didn’t even know was a thing, though I loved Monsters Inc.) and the girls really enjoyed it.
