Western National Insurance Group today announced that Bellingham, Wash.-based Rice Insurance has been named Western National’s 2020 Western Region Fast-Track Agency of the Year. The award recognizes an agency’s outstanding performance in the first three years of partnership with Western National based on premium growth and loss performance.
