Once again, I’ve been using the range from Olay Regenerist, namely their *Micro Sculpting UV Cream ($48.99) during the day and their *night cream ($48.99) at night. In a nutshell, it is a 28-day program consisting of 28 minutes of exercise each day, complete with meal ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner and even snacks for $49. Each time you complete an activity (meals you’ve consumed included), you click on “completed” and it keeps score of how many points you’ve accumulated each week. The great thing about their meals is the fact that you CAN swap what they’ve suggested with any other meals on the list, provided you’re swapping for ‘like’ meals. , it’s a good program because it keeps you organised, and you don’t have to go looking all over the Internet or YouTube for exercises each day.
It’s like the new year seems to bring in new hope, especially if you’ve didn’t have an incredibly great one the previous year. I thankfully managed to achieve my goal of getting a full teaching registration and overcame the challenges of workplace politics (tip: just don’t get involved! ), the challenges with dealing with parents and students and juggling work and home life. While 2016 was a year where a lot of remarkable artists, performers, and celebrities passed away, I think 2017 has been a year where people I actually know have passed on, unexpectedly and where a life of someone I know was nearly lost. Keeping myself in check and making sure I exercise every single day like I’ve been doing since I’ve been on a break.
