On this week’s episode of Humanize One of the biggest concerns of some of my clients is their teams ability to think on the spot and come up with new ideas. I share examples of how we were able to push teams forward and what you can do to enhance creativity amongst your team. * Having your team pre-brainstorm before sessions * Sending a very clear agenda with personalized emails sharing what you want people to contribute To listen to this week’s episode, head over to Google Podcasts, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or Stitcher, check it out below.

For example, when you’re trying to explain credit cards (what my daughter used to think was a magical card), you can use a report card analogy. When our kids ask to go through a drive through, I explain why we pack lunches, how much those prepacked lunches cost versus the cost of a kids meal. We started doing the same thing with our kids and they’re able to see how their money is making an impact. This helps them see the money grow and know that they’re making a conscious decision to save for something they want, make a short-term purchase, and donate to a cause they’re interested in.

Their updated experience gives employees the opportunity to meet other new hires, reviews their mission and vision and helps them to better adjust to their new roles.
