In celebration of Día de Los Muertos, here is one of my favorite videos I ever made. Filmed by my good friend @jessemrichmond and my Catrina making an appearance @bellagemanails 😍 Salud! See below for recipe! "Corazon Partido" * 1oz Marigold infused Tequila Partida Blanco (24 hour infusion with dry petals and 2 Mexican cinnamon sticks) * .5oz Pox * .75oz Strawberry Syrup * .5oz Lemon Juice * 2 drops of Saline * Clarified with Milk for 24 hours  * Strained through cheesecloth and through coffee filter Marigold Infused Tequila Partida 1. Remove petals from Marigold flowers and dehydrate in oven on lowest temp for 1-2 hours (until petals feel completely dry) 2. Add dried petals to Tequila and 2 Mexican Cinnamon Stick (I infused about 500 grams of tequila but you could do the whole bottle) 3. Allow to infuse for 24 hours then double strain 4. The Caipirinha is one of my all time favorite refreshing cocktails and a caipirinha de maracuja (passionfruit) is just that much more mouthwatering! 🤤 Cachaça is a delightful Brazilian spirit that captures the essence of the country’s vibrant culture. Made from fermented sugarcane juice, it has a distinctively fruity and slightly earthy flavor profile, with hints of tropical fruits and a touch of sweetness. Pick up a bottle of Leblon, Avua or Novo Fogo. There are so many options to try but, I personally prefer Leblon for a caipirinha. Let me tell you about my friends at @1924wines 🍷 In every bottle of 1924 Wines is a toast raised high to the 1920s rebels who sipped in secret behind speakeasy doors. A touch of wine to a cocktail is actually one of my favorite ways to add some complexity to a recipe. For this cocktail I took the 1924 Double Black Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon and paired it with some Brandy, ginger, blackberry and chamomile. As we enter the fall season, this cocktail is perfect to cozy up at home. Natalie’s Margarita Mix is the perfect addition for your summer cocktails, and you can always count on their products being freshly squeezed and free from preservatives. For this recipe, I paired Natalie’s Margarita Mix with flavors of passionfruit, orange and cilantro making for such a refreshing non-alcoholic beverage. If you prefer this beverage as a cocktail, you could easily add a pour of your favorite spirit. Vodka, Rum and even Tequila would be a great option to add to this N/A beverage.
