Summer is in fullllll swing (which means camping season 🏕) but if you’re craving s’mores in between those camping trips, I’ve got a 3 minute recipe for you! The perfect sweet lil treat that won’t heat up your entire kitchen 🤌🏻 INGREDIENTS - 2 graham crackers 2 jumbo marshmallows 2 chocolate squares DIRECTIONS - 1) Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F. 2) Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking. You can also add parchment paper to the air fryer for easier clean up. 3) Break the graham crackers in half and place them on the bottom of the air fryer basket in a single layer. 4) Break a chocolate bar into small pieces and place a few pieces on top of the graham cracker halves. Place the basket in the air fryer and cook for 1 minute. 5) Then place a marshmallow on top of the chocolate squares. 6) Place back in the air fryer basket and cook for 3 more minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and the chocolate is melted. 7) Remove the basket from the air fryer and use the other half of the graham crackers to make a sandwich with the marshmallow and chocolate. I’m always going to pick a protein ninja creami over anything these days, but if you don’t have a ninja creami I suggest making these instead. INGREDIENTS - 3 bananas 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt - can also use flavored greek yogurt and omit the honey 2 tbsp honey 6 wood popsicle sticks 2 tbsp rainbow sprinkles - can use toppings of choice such as granola, mini chocolate chips, shredded coconut, etc DIRECTIONS - 1) Peel the bananas and cut them in half. Insert a popsicle stick or skewer into each banana piece, making sure it’s secure. 2) In a bowl, mix the plain Greek yogurt with a bit of honey if you want some extra sweetness. This step is optional but recommended for a sweeter treat. 3) Dip banana into the yogurt, using a spoon to help coat it evenly. 4) Roll the yogurt-coated banana in your choice of toppings (I used sprinkles). This is the fun part where you can get creative! Try granola for crunch, mini chocolate chips for a treat, or shredded coconut for a tropical twist. 5) Place the banana pops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 6) Put the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until the yogurt is fully frozen. 7) Once the banana pops are frozen, they’re ready to enjoy! Got around to trying the next viral trend - the cracking latte. Not going to lie this was a lot less delicious than the cottage cheese flatbread 🤣 It’s fun and cute but I honestly didn’t get a ton of chocolate flavor like I’ve heard a lot of other people saying. However, the occasional chunks of chocolate are tasty in this!! INGREDIENTS YOU NEED - 3 tbsp chocolate chips - can use chocolate candy melts as well 1/2 tsp coconut oil (omit if using candy melts) 2 shots espresso 1/2 cup milk Optional - flavor syrup, coffee creamer, etc for some sweetness. DIRECTIONS - 1) Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second increments or over a double boiler until smooth. You can use dark, milk, or white chocolate—whatever you prefer. 2) Pour the melted chocolate inside of the plastic cup, tilting and rotating the cup to coat the sides evenly. Pour out any excess chocolate. 3) Place the chocolate-coated plastic cup in the freezer for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely set. 4) Make a double shot of espresso or a small cup of strong coffee. 5) Take the frozen chocolate-coated cup out of the freezer. Fill the chocolate cup with ice cubes. Pour your brewed coffee over the ice. Then add the milk. If you want to add flavor syrups or sweetener you can. 6) Put the lid on the plastic cup and gently squeeze, letting the chocolate shell break apart into your latte. these crostini are the perfect combination of sweet, savoury, and are packed full of flavour in every bite! I had many other breakfast options like my Superfood Protein Breakfast Cookies and my Vegan Banana Chocolate Chip Sheet Pan Pancakes but nothing with a bit of a savoury twist on it! I went a little light on the cream cheese for each slice to give it a good jam to cheese ratio but feel free to slap a thick slab of it if you prefer. I just love all of the different flavours and textures in these crostini: sweet, savoury, cheesy flavours.

Easy Vegan Breakfast Tacos

They feature tofu scramble, avocado, salsa and cilantro for a healthy, filling plant-based breakfast that’s quick and easy to make. this gives it the very "eggy" taste, however you can use regular sea salt instead Mash and crumble the tofu with a fork (or alternatively pulse a few times in a food processor until it is crumbled, making sure to leave some big clumps). Add the tofu to the pan, as well as the nutritional yeast, paprika, turmeric, garlic salt, chili flakes, black salt, pepper, and dijon mustard. Assemble your breakfast tacos with the Untortillas, tofu scramble, avocado, salsa, cilantro, and vegan chipotle mayo!

Healthy Homemade Twix Bars (vegan & Gluten Free)

Once your shortbread base is done baking, make your caramel layer by mixing cashew butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla in a medium size bowl. Pour your peanut butter layer on top of the cooled shortbread cookie layer, and then place it in the fridge to solidify for about 30 minutes, or freezer for 15 minutes. Once the crust is cooled completely, pour the caramel filling over the crust and let cool in the freezer to set before topping with chocolate layer. Once the caramel layer is set, pour about HALF of the chocolate layer over the caramel layer.

This gluten free protein cookie recipe is an ideal way to enjoy more of the ingredients you love or to make good use of the odd bits of leftover dried fruits, nuts, and chips lurking in your pantry. In a medium size bowl, mix together the gluten free oats, gluten free oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and protein powder. I used dark chocolate chips, shredded unsweetened coconut and pumpkin seeds.
