Last weekend I went to see Avengers: Endgame and I just wanted to share my thoughts on the characters and on the film as a whole. This Mini Egg Cheesecake was absolutely delishhh. After I cut a piece off to eat - I popped it back into the freezer and it set the cream perfectly! This is the recipe that I followed - Next time I would use a different pan so that the cheesecake is narrow and thicker. I used: 200g digestive biscuits 80g melted butter 175 g white chocolate 100g caster suger 250g philadelphia 3 bags of mini eggs milk chocolate melted whipped cream Let me know if you have any questions!
