Creme Egg Cornflake Cakes

This is the PERFECT recipe to make with kids this Easter because it’s SO insanely easy – just three ingredients and no need to even turn the oven on! In fact, the kids could probably make this by themselves while you relax on the sofa… What you’ll need to make this recipe You’ll need chocolate (Dairy Milk is the right one to use here I think! ), creme eggs (or a mix of creme eggs and mini creme eggs) and cornflakes. To set the Creme Egg Cornflake Cakes, you’ll need a couple of large cookie baking sheets lined with some tin foil or baking parchment.

Malteser Rocky Road

You HAVE to try these easy NO BAKE Malteser Rocky Road with marshmallows, biscuits, malteser chocolate and …. Add plllllllenty of melted chocolate (I used dairy milk and malteaser chocolate and it was OH so good) plus a bag of mini marshmallows and top with more chocolate and maltesers. 🙋‍♀ They should be crumbled into pieces around 1cm - 2cm big 100g mini marshmallows - I used the rocky mountain ones which taste delicious 50g more Maltesers - some whole, some cut in half Sprinkles - if you like! First, set the 100g of milk chocolate and 100g of malteser chocolate to melt together in the microwave - break into chunks and heat on 30 second intervals, stirring after each one.

Easy Terry's Chocolate Orange Slice

Not only is the base mixture a cross between a chocolatey cookie dough and fudge, but it’s spiked with orange liqueur and topped with loads of Terry’s Chocolate Orange segments. Let me tell you how embarrassingly easy this Easy Terry’s Chocolate Orange Slice is to make… we start with soft butter and sugar – you can mix them by hand or in a mixer. Press the gorgeous chocolatey mixture into a pan and smooth with the back of a spoon, then top with Terry’s Chocolate Orange segments  – Next, add the tin of condensed milk to the butter sugar mixture with the mixer running, and beat well - it will be a very wet mixture at this point.
